Description

  • Provide holistic oversight of an assigned creative portfolio, managing interconnected people, time, and budget across campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor portfolio health, identify deviations from plan, and reallocate resources or adjust scope to keep work on track and protect team focus
  • Lead end-to-end program management for high-priority, complex initiatives spanning multiple creative disciplines, external vendors, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Develop comprehensive program plans with clear workstreams, milestones, and dependencies, and manage risks, issues, and changes
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, driving regular program reviews to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide portfolio-level and program-specific reporting to give leadership visibility into capacity, utilization, and expenses; forecast resource needs and evaluate tradeoffs
  • Design and maintain portfolio management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time visibility into resource allocation, capacity, project status, and program health
  • Establish intake, prioritization, and resource-allocation frameworks that align portfolio work with business goals and determine when initiatives need dedicated program management
  • Partner with Creative Operations and leadership on capacity planning, proactively flagging capacity risks and recommending solutions while translating company goals into operational objectives

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Creative Operations, Production Management, or Studio Operations with demonstrated portfolio and complex program management expertise
  • Proven track record providing portfolio-level oversight in fast-paced creative environments
  • Deep experience leading complex programs involving multiple creative disciplines, cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Strong background in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and portfolio optimization
  • Hands-on experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and proactively identify and implement solutions while maintaining high quality and polish
  • Strong understanding of creative disciplines and how to coordinate them within complex programs
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of agency experience (advertising, creative agency, or production company)
  • Preferred: strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to model scenarios, forecast capacity, identify risks, and design portfolio management frameworks

  • Base pay range for Canadian candidates: CAD $145,000–$153,000 (remote role; offers vary by experience and location)
