Description

  • Unpack incoming shopping carts and perform inbound quality checks at retailer locations.
  • Set up carts by configuring and updating software and preparing hardware to retailer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware and software issues submitted through the Support Portal.
  • Investigate intermittent problems and assist the software support team with resolution.
  • Provide feedback on field hardware and software conditions to internal teams.
  • Pack replacement carts and other hardware for shipment back to the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with Deployment Operations Technicians and hardware teams to improve field processes.
  • Travel to U.S. sites for cart setup and installations, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of materials and serial numbers.
  • Work independently in retail and grocery store environments while prioritizing safety.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Wi‑Fi setup and configuration, including router wiring.
  • Experience using communication tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, and email.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures and directives.
  • Ability to work in a retail or grocery store environment and lift up to 40 kilograms.
  • Ability to use generic battery-operated power tools.
  • Meticulous and diligent attention to tracking materials and serial numbers.
  • Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within the United States as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer, team, and documentation needs.
  • Customer-focused orientation with a willingness to over-deliver on expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with a team.
