Description

  • Design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and foundation models.
  • Build agentic AI applications using multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.
  • Design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality, including LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety, and red-team evaluation.
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to define API contracts and deliver end-to-end features.
  • Monitor production AI systems for performance, latency, cost, and SLA adherence.
  • Provide technical leadership and drive infrastructure or architectural changes as needed.
  • Work closely with agile cross-functional teams to deliver AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-powered products used by major global brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation.
  • Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks such as Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, resource management, development processes, deployment, testing, and operations.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
