Description

  • Lead the product line together with the Product Managers.
  • Recruit, onboard, manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers, including performance monitoring and training.
  • Plan and execute product organization growth by identifying hiring needs, defining roles, and scaling the team in line with business priorities.
  • Support team retention by maintaining strong communication, understanding individual and team needs, and following up on action plans.
  • Ensure effective onboarding for new joiners across Product, QA, Design, and Development with clear responsibilities, tooling access, and structured plans.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer requirements, competitor offerings, future technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
  • Work closely with Product Design and Development teams to make tactical decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Execute and monitor cross-functional product development projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective product development lifecycle processes.
  • Set, track, and deliver product OKRs, reviewing business goals and taking corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience building strong working relationships in cross-functional environments and with clients.
  • Strong passion for great UX design and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives in a self-driven manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end, user-centered products.
  • Good English and Turkish communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate tactical technical decisions with the engineering team.
  • Prior hands-on experience with Agile development.
  • Leadership, communication, teamwork, listening, and entrepreneurial mindset are strongly valued.
