Description

  • Execute test scripts for complex and broadly used product capabilities and components.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for user stories, defects, and technical enhancements.
  • Design test cases that are automation-ready, clearly structured, and reusable by manual and automated testing teams.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, expand coverage, identify edge cases, and improve test effectiveness.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot defects and isolate complex software issues.
  • Set up, perform, and interpret performance and load tests.
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate issues and test status from an overall product perspective.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Analyze functional requirements and specifications to identify gaps and define test plans that validate requirements are fully met.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, test cases, and software test/performance measurement tools using appropriate programming languages or applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated QA and testing experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in test case development.
  • Good knowledge of basic test techniques, including positive/negative testing, interface testing, and database testing.
  • Basic knowledge of test phases, including integration/functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Experience with test tools.
  • Automated test experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of databases.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and the concept of quality before design.
  • Agile software development experience.
  • Effective team leadership and the ability to communicate with a variety of staff levels.
  • Experience using source control tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; the position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Base compensation range of $85,000 to $161,800 USD.
