Description

  • Triage patient calls to determine appropriate scheduling needs.
  • Assess provider availability and schedule appointments using Athena and established workflows.
  • Collect required patient demographic information for appointment setup.
  • Enter appointment dates and times into the computerized scheduler.
  • Record filled and canceled appointments accurately.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and respond or direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other assigned duties.],

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, including work in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic telephone manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
