Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled EHR and outpatient practice management workflows on the Gravity platform.
  • Gather and prioritize requests and requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders and translate them into actionable product plans.
  • Define product vision, goals, business metrics, and success indicators and drive roadmap decisions accordingly.
  • Conduct market and user research, synthesize insights from consumer research, partners, vendors, and competitive analysis, and convert findings into product features and improvements.
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional projects with designers, engineers, other product managers, and external partners to ensure smooth, efficient product delivery.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement through analytics, feedback loops, and insight-driven initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control, and manage stakeholder expectations at executive and engineering levels.
  • Engage directly with clinic users (front desk, medical assistants, nurses, physicians) to ensure solutions align with real-world workflows and establish user credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of experience working on software products for outpatient practice management and US revenue cycle workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows and how clinic staff interact with EHRs and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problem statements to detailed solutions and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Proven experience defining and executing complex cross-functional, customer-facing value-adds end-to-end.
  • Strong communication ability to operate effectively with executives, engineering teams, and clinic users, including physicians.
  • Traits of high resourcefulness, initiative-taking, fast velocity in execution, and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage blocking issues and trade-offs.
  • Comfortable working on teams spanning multiple time zones.
  • Traditional product-management experience (writing requirements, managing roadmaps, planning sprints) is a plus.
