Description

  • Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Monitor social channels for industry trends and developments relevant to the community and campaign strategy.
  • Track user interests and feedback to help generate demand and inform marketing efforts.
  • Produce engaging, performance-driven social media content across digital channels.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers.
  • Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns, including reward-based, KOL, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, engaging online community environment.
  • Moderate community discussions and ensure smooth daily interactions.
  • Provide customer support by handling community queries and issues effectively.
  • Work closely with Product, Business, Sales, and executive teams on high-visibility growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a Web3 or blockchain company, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience with digital channels, especially mobile and social media.
  • Hands-on experience designing persuasive, conversion-oriented marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, online communities, and video.
  • Proven success scaling user growth on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within 24 hours.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams in different time zones.
