Description

  • Manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and run Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions and support adoption for identified gaps and process improvement measures.
  • Ensure system implementation is delivered together with nearshore and offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client and support project management responsibilities.
  • Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • Support international template rollout and other strategic transformation projects.
  • Collaborate across functional business pillars in a multicultural consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in the relevant area.
  • 2-5 full project lifecycle implementations in SAP PP and QM.
  • Deep experience in Production Planning and Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects and/or SAP S/4HANA certification.
  • Preferred experience in international template rollout projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information to different audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) at C2 level and in English at C2 level.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
