Description

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM/PM solutions.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting sessions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize integrated ERP solutions across Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance.
  • Deliver SAP configurations, testing, training, and documentation aligned to project methodology.
  • Design asset lifecycle processes, including equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work orders, and failure analysis.
  • Support solution architecture, process design, and end-to-end project execution.
  • Help clients improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate SAP EAM/PM solutions with SAP IAM tools to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Support cutover planning, hypercare, post-go-live support, change management, and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of S/4HANA consulting experience with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP EAM/PM.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP asset maintenance processes and related asset master data.
  • Proven client-facing experience in a consulting or systems integrator environment.
  • Solid understanding of integrations with MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA maintenance and logistics processes.
  • SAP certification in EAM/PM modules is an added bonus.
  • Experience with Intelligent Asset Management tools such as SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) is an added bonus.
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance for EAM/M is an added bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Professional-level English, a proactive attitude, and no travel limitations.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
