Description

  • Lead Business Central implementations from discovery through adoption and support handover.
  • Analyse customer finance and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design practical Business Central solutions aligned with customer business goals and best practice.
  • Lead functional delivery across configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage expectations, and provide clear delivery guidance.
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and process alignment to support user adoption.
  • Identify and scope change opportunities while balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and delivery realities.
  • Create the documentation and functional direction needed for successful long-term customer support.
  • Contribute to the growth of Infinity Group’s Business Central practice through successful delivery and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional implementations.
  • Ability to understand business operations and translate challenges into practical system solutions.
  • Experience with customer discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Ability to manage evolving or ambiguous requirements and bring structure to delivery.
  • Experience supporting configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to customers and delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting user training, change adoption, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ability to balance customer expectations with delivery and commercial considerations.
  • A pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to solving problems and following through on commitments.
