Description

  • Drive major team projects and OKRs, including complex customer launches that require technical strategy and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own the full lifecycle of the company’s largest and most complex strategic implementations.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during escalations.
  • Mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers through feedback, code and project reviews, and domain knowledge sharing.
  • Anticipate technical risks, build contingency plans, and identify root causes of systemic issues.
  • Influence the Solutions Engineering roadmap by identifying tool and process gaps and proposing improvements.
  • Represent the Solutions Engineering function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering.
  • Make sound decisions under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar senior technical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong technical/programming fundamentals.
  • Ability to navigate complex data architectures.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong judgment in highly ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
  • History of fostering a healthy team culture through constructive debate and knowledge sharing.
  • B.S. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leading strategic implementations or customer launches is strongly implied by the role, though not separately stated as required.
  • Comfort working with leadership, employees, and members in a professional manner.
