Description

  • Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend IAM solutions to clients.
  • Lead the architecture and design of new IAM solutions.
  • Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, and availability and continuity discussions.
  • Define hardware requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks.
  • Communicate IAM program strategy and success to executive management.
  • Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions.
  • Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions, including product support.
  • Create technical documentation and communicate status, risks, and issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Experience in identity and access management, ideally with CyberArk or privileged access management solutions.
  • Experience leading architecture and design for IAM implementations.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and client consulting.
  • Experience with installation, integration, configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, logical and physical architecture, hardware sizing, availability, and continuity planning.
  • Ability to maintain multiple environments using coding best practices and SDLC.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team settings and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current knowledge of IAM trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in executive-level communication, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and support is preferred.
