Description

Manage daily trading positions and execute strategies across diverse asset classes.
Maintain real-time risk oversight and optimize desk performance.
Partner with developers and quants to refine proprietary models and automation tools.
Research and back-test new concepts to capitalize on market inefficiencies.
Provide competitive pricing and ensure seamless execution in high-frequency markets.
Work alongside senior traders to identify and act on market opportunities.

Requirements

Degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science.
Exceptional mental arithmetic and logical reasoning under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel.
Python, VBA, or C++ skills are a significant plus.
Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, flat organizational structure.
Completion of an intensive global training program is part of the role.
