Description

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Develop paid social strategies focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
  • Monitor and improve campaign metrics including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Identify winning creatives and partner with creative teams to produce high-performing video ads.
  • Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on TikTok platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies.
  • Ability to launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
  • Understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign profitability.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience testing creatives and identifying high-converting ad content.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results remotely.
  • Digital or performance marketing agency experience, multi-client account management, Meta Ads knowledge, e-commerce/DTC or lead-generation experience, familiarity with GA4 or Shopify, and experience with UGC creators are preferred.
