Description

Define the future by exploring, visualizing, and prototyping bold concepts for HubSpot’s GTM direction 3–12 months ahead.
Research complex problems, map incentives, and identify opportunities across customer, GTM, and partner ecosystems.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and concept visuals using tools such as Cursor, Lovable, V0, and Figma.
Craft narratives, stories, and presentations that build alignment and buy-in from product, GTM, and executive leaders.
Uplevel design craft across the organization through critiques, office hours, feedback, and mentoring.
Work across multiple domains rather than owning a single feature area, shaping strategy at the product-line level.
Use prototypes and strategic thinking to influence decisions across R&D and GTM teams.
Help establish new AI-first experiences for customers, internal go-to-market teams, and the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience driving 0–1 or highly ambiguous product work.
Strong concept visualization and prototyping skills, from decks to vibecoded prototypes.
Comfort working with multiple stakeholders, incentives, and nonlinear problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories that influence strategy.
A growth mindset and curiosity, with willingness to experiment and avoid a single way of working.
Deep AI fluency or the ability to design adoptable AI-first products is preferred.
Exceptional interaction and visual design craft is preferred.
Experience managing complexity and aligning opinionated audiences is preferred.
Ability to operate at the product-line level across broad, platform-scale initiatives.
Open to hiring across levels; candidates earlier in their career are directed to the Senior Product Designer role.
