Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and provide effective technical support.
  • Troubleshoot platform and software issues, escalating when necessary and documenting resolutions.
  • Assist customers and students with tasks ranging from password resets to comprehensive LMS training.
  • Research and resolve technical challenges to help customers maximize system efficiency and understanding.
  • Document all interactions and solutions while maintaining account security standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Inform management about recurring issues, bugs, and customer requirements for timely resolution.
  • Drive service quality and customer retention through excellent support practices.
  • Participate in special department projects, including software feature testing or focused support specialization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • US-based and able to work fully remote on a Monday–Friday schedule from 9am–6pm CST.
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
  • 1+ year of technical experience preferred, with familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems advantageous.
  • Prior use or understanding of Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Strong understanding of Internet technologies and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to provide clear, patient phone-based customer support and de-escalate complaints.
  • Comfort working independently or as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
