Description

  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy aligned with Hostinger's brand evolution.
  • Own keyword strategy across Hostinger content and organic channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the SEO team to think strategically and operate effectively.
  • Architect AI-native search strategies across current and emerging platforms.
  • Build processes that embed SEO into product launches from day one.
  • Balance essential SEO execution with strategic experiments and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to improve organic acquisition and outcomes.
  • Use analysis, competitive intelligence, and market insights to guide SEO decisions.
  • Continuously challenge existing approaches and improve SEO systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution with demonstrable growth results.
  • Strong strategic content and technical SEO expertise.
  • Experience owning keyword strategy.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market intelligence.
  • International or global SEO experience.
  • A test-and-scale mindset with the ability to rapidly test, identify winners, and scale efficiently.
  • Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • AI-native search fluency and understanding of emerging search platforms.
  • Proven strategic leadership experience with the ability to elevate teams and develop strategic thinking.
  • Hiring and talent density focus.
  • Business-first thinking with the ability to connect SEO decisions to new clients and billings.
  • Understanding of tech products, or the ability to learn quickly, is an advantage.
  • Multi-channel thinking across content, YouTube, localization, and other platforms.
