Description

  • Partner with Product Managers early in development to influence product strategy, positioning, and launch planning.
  • Use competitive research, customer interviews, and market analysis to inform positioning and business decisions.
  • Help determine feature packaging and plan placement to support recurring and transactional revenue.
  • Shape product messaging before launch so each feature has a clear market fit and differentiated narrative.
  • Develop end-to-end launch storytelling across Town Halls, press releases, social media, podcasts, blog posts, and in-product messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to improve the full funnel from website visit through trial, connection, subscription, onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Analyze early adoption metrics and user behavior to refine messaging, positioning, and placement over time.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify roadmap opportunities and areas for Hospitable to differentiate.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Product Marketing, ideally at a fast-moving, product-led company.
  • Proven experience driving recurring and transactional revenue.
  • Experience partnering early with Product Managers to shape product strategy, positioning, and pricing before development is complete.
  • Experience influencing adoption and lifecycle behavior after launch.
  • Comfort working with Growth teams to identify and prioritize opportunities tied to business metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and align cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working with data to identify demand, assess campaign performance, and make recommendations based on results.
  • Ability to work under US or EMEA time zones is preferred; location is otherwise not a requirement.
  • Experience in the short-term rental industry as a host or business operator is a plus.
  • Existing Hospitable customer experience is a plus.

  • Total compensation budget of US$128,700 to US$181,000 depending on location cost of living.
  • US employees may receive a gross salary of US$109,395 to US$153,850.
  • Equity upside through $HOST token RSUs with a grant value of up to US$54,300.
  • Eligibility for up to an additional USD $308,292 per year in Performance Share Units tied to business targets.
  • US employee healthcare coverage, including EPO, PPO, and HSA options, plus 401(k).
