Description

  • Own and manage day-to-day content across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances structure with spontaneity.
  • Package questions, results, screenshots, product moments, and social dilemmas into platform-native social content.
  • Repurpose approved UGC, founder clips, podcast clips, and other assets into owned social posts.
  • Create and coordinate short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, posts, captions, scripts, and product explainers.
  • Create lightweight visual assets and templates using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
  • Monitor comments, saves, shares, DMs, and other audience reactions to identify what resonates.
  • Collaborate with the UGC Manager to align on creator strategy, content tests, and learnings across channels.
  • Develop repeatable workflows, templates, scheduling systems, and documentation to support scalable content production.
  • Contribute to broader content marketing strategy and work with leadership on launches, milestones, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media or digital content experience, with a portfolio to show for it.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including how the platforms and algorithms work.
  • Strong judgment for short-form social content, including hooks, pacing, captions, visual packaging, and platform-native formats.
  • Strong copywriting skills for writing punchy, clear, and on-brand captions and scripts.
  • Comfort tracking basic content performance and turning learnings into next steps.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma for basic formatting and asset edits.
  • Comfort with short-form video production, including simple edits and giving feedback on social assets; CapCut is the preferred tool.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content streams simultaneously.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage environment where not everything is defined yet.
