Description

  • Create high-quality 3D animations using Blender.
  • Work with existing character and environment assets for episodic content.
  • Animate character performances, actions, and scenes based on scripts or storyboards.
  • Produce smooth, expressive, and narrative-driven animation sequences.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to refine storytelling and pacing.
  • Prepare animations for rendering and post-production workflows.
  • Maintain consistency across episodes and evolving content formats.
  • Support the scaling of production into longer-form content.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Blender with an animation-focused workflow.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, motion, and acting.
  • Experience working with pre-rigged or game-style 3D assets.
  • Ability to interpret storyboards, scripts, or creative direction.
  • A portfolio demonstrating character animation work.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative production environment.
  • Experience in game-inspired or real-time animation workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with episodic storytelling or serialized content is preferred.
  • Experience in lighting, rendering, or scene composition in Blender is preferred.
  • Motion graphics or VFX background is preferred.
  • Experience producing content for YouTube, streaming platforms, or social media is preferred.
