Description

  • Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Develop design concepts for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in design and brand identity.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to website design by creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to produce modern designs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web design.
  • Ability to create an ad set and a one-page website on time.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software.
  • Proven experience with Sketch and Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device capable of meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functioning during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet dedicated home office space.
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
