Description

  • Enter new employee onboarding information into the HRIS system.
  • Conduct background checks and coordinate drug testing.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Respond to employment verification requests.
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, purchase requests, equipment orders, mail distribution, package handling, and department checks.
  • Maintain and update the document management system and help administer the learning management system.
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings, employee communication events, HR events, and activities.
  • Manage the company's recognition and announcement website content.
  • Provide backup support to the HR Generalist and complete assigned projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to navigate multiple windows and browsers, perform extensive internet research, and type 45 WPM.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Willingness to work in the US time zone.
  • Access to a dedicated space to set up the provided device and maintain proper backups.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds an Intel Core i3 processor and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
