Description

  • Analyse customer reviews across eCommerce platforms and turn trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Support product and marketing teams with data-backed insights.
  • Monitor product visibility and performance across digital shelf platforms.
  • Help improve search rankings, conversion, and overall digital presence.
  • Support the creation and enhancement of product detail page content.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize and improve product listings.
  • Work with cross-functional and regional teams across APAC.
  • Help manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Support project coordination and day-to-day execution across digital commerce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, digital, or data-related roles, including internships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content, or performance marketing, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural environment is preferred.
