Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on creative and content projects.
  • Manage planning and delivery of multi-channel content, including web, social, video, and visual assets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns smoothly and on schedule.
  • Own timelines, resourcing, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Shape project scopes of work and align stakeholders around delivery expectations.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and maintain high creative and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with strategists, designers, writers, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet brand and performance goals.
  • Review performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative services, project management, or digital marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, content workflows, and quality standards.
  • Comfortable using project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows independently.
