Description

  • Own the development and delivery of content and campaigns that build awareness, trust, and consideration.
  • Lead content strategy across channels and customer touchpoints, including brand, campaign, SEO, and educational content.
  • Develop clear messaging frameworks and maintain a consistent brand voice across markets.
  • Create strategic creative briefs and lead agency briefing and creative development processes.
  • Establish, track, and report on brand metrics such as awareness, recall, search interest, and share of voice.
  • Partner with the data team to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, Scientific, Commercial, PR, Events, and external partners to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and content while maintaining quality, alignment, and commercial focus.
  • Manage agency and freelance relationships where required.
  • Use data, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve content and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in brand and content roles within consumer-facing businesses.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable results.
  • Experience managing agencies and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, briefing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking, execution, and impact.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience in health, wellness, medtech, or other trust-driven categories is preferred.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is preferred.
  • German language skills are preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, briefing, or production workflows is preferred.
