Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance emails from telephony partners and send proactive outreach to customers.
  • Support customers through the successful setup, configuration, and activation of the HighLevel Phone System.
  • Provide direct customer support via calls, email, SMS, and chat to resolve phone system compliance, configuration, and deliverability issues.
  • Join customer calls to troubleshoot and guide phone number configuration and onboarding.
  • Review and approve number migration and porting requests proactively.
  • Identify customers with incomplete or failed onboarding and reach out with step-by-step support to ensure successful activation.
  • Conduct webinars and customer training/presentations to guide agencies in purchasing, configuring phone numbers, and meeting compliance requirements.
  • Manage multiple onboarding cases concurrently and track progress to resolution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, telecom support, or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience assisting customers with phone number provisioning (local, mobile, toll-free) (preferred).
  • Experience with A2P 10DLC or SMS compliance (preferred).
  • Experience with porting/number transfers (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Strong presentation skills for webinars and customer training.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-obsessed attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving telecom and compliance requirements.
  • Remote work in/for India (role listed as Employee India / Remote).
