Description

  • Own end-to-end quality across multiple CRM core modules and teams, including final release readiness decisions.
  • Define and drive quality strategy by identifying and closing gaps in process, tooling, and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop SDETs while setting expectations and raising the quality bar.
  • Establish and execute an automation vision with scalable, reliable test coverage for complex workflows and integrations.
  • Plan and strategize testing for releases while balancing speed, risk, and coverage.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Leadership to surface risks early and influence decisions with data.
  • Advocate for quality and hold or delay releases when necessary, even under delivery pressure.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first thinking across teams.
  • Drive improvement initiatives with empathy, clarity, and minimal friction while maintaining standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience testing complex web applications or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience leading SDETs or quality initiatives across teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Strong experience driving team-wide automation goals and outcomes.
  • Expertise in API testing, performance/load testing, and backend validation.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, databases, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
  • Ability to debug complex issues across services and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be clear, assertive, and effective with stakeholders.
  • Strong product sense and a customer-first quality mindset.
