Description

  • Drive developer experience and system health metrics across the revex vertical and help enforce current engineering standards.
  • Improve developer productivity, system reliability, observability, and deployment speed across 35+ frontend applications and 100+ backend services and workers.
  • Explore and adopt modern tools, including AI-powered solutions, to reduce repetitive engineering work and accelerate development.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and pain points across engineering teams and design scalable solutions that eliminate them permanently.
  • Solve complex UI performance and reactivity issues to deliver fast, consistent user experiences at scale.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices across the organization and the revex vertical.
  • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, alerting, and overall developer experience.
  • Mentor engineers, lead architecture discussions, and conduct code reviews to foster technical excellence and ownership.
  • Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns in a multi-tenant environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in frontend development.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and building full-stack web applications.
  • Prior experience integrating or building AI-powered developer tools that improve developer productivity.
  • Strong hands-on backend experience with Node.js and cloud platforms; familiarity with Cloudflare CDN is a plus.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, asynchronous job processing, and queuing systems.
  • Proven track record of architecting complex systems and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in production.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture in a multi-tenant environment.
  • Experience with code quality practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and dev tooling optimization.
  • Skilled in guiding technical architecture, making high-impact engineering decisions, and mentoring fellow engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, collaborative communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: experience treating internal platforms as products (Platform as a Product mindset).
  • Preferred: contributions to open-source projects, internal platforms, developer tools, or engineering blogs.
  • Preferred: experience with Module Federation, Micro Apps, and Frontend SDKs.
