Description

  • Define and execute the quality engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple SaaS products.
  • Design, implement, and evolve advanced test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality best practices.
  • Drive an automation-first approach by building automated test platforms and internal developer tooling.
  • Lead the transition to test-driven development and shift-left testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Own end-to-end quality for products including Email Builder, Social Planner, Onboarding, and Email AI.
  • Define and govern functional, regression, exploratory, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compatibility testing.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a growing team of Quality Engineers and SDETs.
  • Build and scale a multi-disciplinary QA organization covering automation, platform QA, data quality, and performance engineering.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Customer Support, and Customer Success on testability, release criteria, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor release readiness, stability, and production health.
  • Analyze production issues and customer escalations, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
  • Act as the final quality authority for major releases and customer-facing deployments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of people management or QA leadership experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience defining and implementing advanced test strategies, automation frameworks, and developer tooling.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS CRM systems, especially sales and marketing automation products.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices architectures, cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience integrating automated testing and TDD practices into CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong hands-on background as a Test Automation Architect, ideally using TypeScript and Playwright.
  • Experience working with GenAI and AI agents to improve testing productivity and intelligence.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (nice to have).
  • Customer-first mindset focused on reliable, scalable, high-quality SaaS products (nice to have).
