Description

  • Define and drive the long-term platform strategy aligned with company product and business objectives.
  • Establish a modular, scalable platform architecture that supports current and future products.
  • Lead platform roadmaps across core services, APIs, integrations, and shared capabilities.
  • Own the strategy and development of identity, authentication, access management, data services, API platform tools, integrations, workflow orchestration, eventing, messaging, observability, and shared services.
  • Lead the strategy for external integrations and platform partnerships across payer, provider, and partner connectivity.
  • Develop an API and integration strategy that supports internal teams and third-party developers.
  • Establish platform design principles, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Compliance, and Security leaders to align delivery, regulatory requirements, and patient data protection.
  • Build and lead a high-performing platform product organization and develop product managers focused on platform services, data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, platform leadership, or technical product roles.
  • Proven experience building platform products or developer platforms.
  • Experience working closely with engineering organizations building complex systems.
  • Track record of leading cross-organizational platform initiatives.
  • Experience building API platforms, data platforms, or integration ecosystems.
  • Strong platform mindset focused on reusable capabilities rather than point solutions.
  • Systems thinking and the ability to understand complex technical and organizational systems.
  • Strategic influence to align multiple product teams to a shared platform vision.
  • Technical fluency to partner deeply with engineering and architecture leaders.
  • Execution excellence in delivering scalable infrastructure that accelerates product innovation.
  • Willingness to adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in the role.
  • Healthcare or healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Experience with interoperability and data exchange preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $180,000-$210,000 per year, excluding variable compensation.
  • Benefits-eligible position with competitive health plans.

  • Remote, full-time, exempt role.
  • Up to 10% travel, including overnight travel.
