Description

Own engineering delivery, maintenance, and production operations for assigned SaaS platform areas.
Deliver new features and improve existing components with attention to quality, scalability, performance, security, stability, and maintainability.
Ensure effective incident response, troubleshooting, and operational execution for production systems.
Lead multiple engineering teams, including engineering managers, tech leads, and individual contributors.
Drive predictable delivery through planning, prioritization, execution discipline, and accountability standards.
Coach and develop engineering leaders and staff through mentorship, feedback, and professional development.
Guide platform modernization, cloud evolution, refactoring, technical debt reduction, and upgrades.
Partner with architecture leadership on system design reviews, engineering governance, release planning, and production readiness.
Drive development and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and AI-assisted SDLC practices across the platform.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data/AI, VP Software Engineering, CTO, and cross-functional partners on strategy and execution.

Requirements

10+ years of experience developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing software development teams across the US and globally.
Proven experience leading AI-enabled software products or enterprise SaaS platforms using machine learning, automation, or intelligent decisioning.
Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted SDLC tools such as Cursor or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, including quality, security, privacy, explainability, and maintainability.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and questioning skills.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices across design, development, testing, release, and operational support.
Experience leading teams supporting business-critical enterprise SaaS systems such as healthcare platforms, billing, ERP, or workflow systems.
Extensive experience with .NET, Angular, Web Services/APIs, and SQL Server or comparable enterprise SaaS technologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent containerization and orchestration platforms, plus AWS cloud services; AWS certification is a plus.

Benefits

Base salary range of $185,000-$210,000 per year, excluding variable compensation.
