Description

Design and maintain the design system libraries, including components, tokens, UX/UI patterns, and documentation.
Create clear documentation and guidelines that help designers and engineers use design components and patterns consistently.
Refine user interfaces to align with the HelloFresh brand and maintain high standards for UI quality.
Review and improve existing designs to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Translate designs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Expand the design system to support new design needs and challenges.
Create wireframes, site maps, and user flows to communicate design intentions and workflows.
Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and refine user flows.
Perform design QA to ensure final products meet visual and functional standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of product design work.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Experience working with design systems and improving them over time.
Ability to create interactive prototypes, including in Figma.
Proficiency with AI UI-building tools such as V0, Magic Patterns, Figma Make, and Cursor.
Strong skills in wireframing, site mapping, and user flow planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with developers and product managers.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to polished design output.
Strong motion animation skills, plus the ability to create illustrations and icons.
Preferred willingness to apply even if you do not meet every requirement.
