Description

  • Serve as a data and business subject matter expert on client account teams.
  • Use data to solve complex client challenges involving scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration.
  • Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions.
  • Deliver bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights to improve platform value and user experience.
  • Proactively identify project opportunities that support client value creation and account expansion.
  • Translate client business challenges into actionable, tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with H1 leadership and cross-functional teams to execute projects and meet client objectives.
  • Manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience delivering data-driven solutions to clients for business challenges.
  • Deep understanding of life sciences, including drug development, therapeutic interventions, and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and communicating with engineers and data scientists.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data visualization, presentation, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong active listening and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies (preferred).
