Description

  • Manage the enterprise-wide regulatory calendar and track required state and federal filings for Gravie and its clients.
  • Prepare, review, and submit Corporate Compliance-owned regulatory reports.
  • Monitor emerging state and federal healthcare laws, guidance, and regulatory changes affecting the ICHRA business.
  • Assess the impact of new regulations and communicate clear action items to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee implementation plans for regulatory changes through to operational readiness.
  • Serve as a compliance subject matter expert and advise business partners on complex regulatory matters.
  • Represent Corporate Compliance in cross-functional workgroups and product development efforts to ensure compliance is built into new offerings.
  • Review ERISA and non-ERISA plan documents and member communications for federal and state compliance.
  • Partner with Compliance, Privacy, and Audit teams to maintain policies, procedures, controls, and audit readiness.
  • Design, execute, and document risk-based oversight audits in high-risk areas such as enrollment and payment processing.
  • Analyze compliance data, identify trends and systemic risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records related to oversight activities and findings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.
  • Experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing demands.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health plan compliance and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with SOC compliance preparation is preferred.
  • Healthcare or financial services industry experience is preferred.
