Description

  • Support forecasts, budgets, reports, and variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and cash.
  • Lead recurring monthly meetings for assigned departments and translate business activity into forecast updates.
  • Maintain data quality through the monthly close and reporting cycle by flowing actuals into financial models and recurring reports.
  • Support executive reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Support the annual budget process by building planning templates, partnering with stakeholders, and analyzing historical trends.
  • Contribute to improvements in FP&A systems, workflows, and reporting processes, including the use of AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including large datasets, formulas, and summary reporting.
  • Experience with financial modeling, financial reporting, or planning support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong follow-through and a willingness to learn from teammates and business partners.
  • Curiosity and a desire to improve recurring work over time.
