Description

  • Improve and enhance queryless exploration workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members and other Grafana teams to deliver new features, analyze outcomes, and make improvements.
  • Lead projects from concept through implementation, including ongoing customer support.
  • Influence the product roadmap and contribute to your own career goals.
  • Participate in shared on-call rotations and own the services you oversee.
  • Support and mentor teammates, contribute to design discussions, and work closely with colleagues.
  • Monitor usage and performance and look for ways to improve functionality and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and iterate on ideas for new offerings based on user feedback and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Deep experience building integrated frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept to polished, production-ready features.
  • Strong product design and usability sensibility.
  • Experience with automation-based testing, maintainable architectures, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to break complex challenges into modular solutions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Motivated self-starter with a bias toward action.
  • Bonus: experience with OpenTelemetry.
  • Applicants must be based in Spain, Sweden, Germany, the UK, or Ireland.
  • Experience with cloud products and observability systems is preferred.
