Description

  • Define and own AI features end-to-end in partnership with senior AI PMs and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Design, UX, product marketing, and sales to deliver AI products and shape messaging for large commercial deals.
  • Prototype, build, and ship AI features by working hands-on with engineering teams.
  • Collect and synthesize user needs, requirements, and pain points through customer empathy and feedback.
  • Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities.
  • Partner with the data function to analyze product usage, experiments, and commercial metrics at scale.
  • Research competitors, maintain partner relationships, and monitor the broader AI market to inform strategy.
  • Drive go-to-market decisions including pricing, packaging, licensing, and product tiering based on product expertise and market insights.
  • Own product collateral, roadmap, and market research while acting as the primary external and internal advocate for your product area.

Requirements

  • 2 years of product management experience or equivalent experience owning a feature or project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to represent products to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong product sense and demonstrable curiosity about AI (examples include AI projects, blog posts, or community contributions).
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis (SQL, spreadsheets) and able to interpret experiment results.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or experience using open-source models.
  • Technically proficient enough to collaborate with engineering and explain product functionality to customers.
  • Remote-first role; candidates in Spain are being considered (role is fully remote).
  • Bonus: experience using or building observability products or developer tools, either as an SRE or for external customers.

  • Base compensation in Spain: EUR 73,518 – EUR 88,222 (actual pay varies by level, experience, and skills).
