Description

  • Own paid social campaign strategy, trafficking, ad builds, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier client accounts, including 5–8 small accounts or four large accounts independently.
  • Optimize placements, targeting, creative, and campaign structures to achieve client objectives and ROI.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Develop strategic recommendations, presentations, and performance insights that influence client decisions.
  • Lead client creative strategy through briefs, testing roadmaps, and performance-based recommendations for in-house or agency creative teams.
  • Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative testing, and other advanced optimization techniques.
  • Resolve client escalations independently and propose resolution plans.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to streamline reporting, synthesize insights, and draft recommendations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of agency and e-commerce experience.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts with monthly budgets of $50,000–$500,000+ per client.
  • Strong paid social platform expertise, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other major social advertising ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of Meta's Andromeda ad delivery system, including creative diversity, broad targeting, and consolidated account structures.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Northbeam, Shopify backend, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and using attribution tools to refine campaign strategies.
  • Ability to create and execute A/B tests, audience segmentation, and advanced optimization strategies.
  • Confident client-facing communication, including performance reporting, expectation management, and escalation resolution.
  • Experience training and mentoring junior team members, with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to obtain Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications within six months; must reside in AZ, CA, CO, ID, IA, NV, ND, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WI.
