Description

  • Conceptualize and produce innovative multimedia content for digital and social platforms.
  • Design and execute creative assets that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive output aligned with brand standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to align project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Maintain quality assurance and consistency across all published multimedia materials.
  • Deliver projects on time while meeting brand requirements and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve design issues through strategic, business-focused creative work.
  • Communicate ideas and concepts clearly in both visual and verbal formats.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, or creative direction, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, plus Canva.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution across digital and social platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or leading creative direction for campaigns is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of current design trends and how to translate brand values into visual stories for the fintech or wellness space.
  • Familiarity with project management tools used for day-to-day tasks is preferred.
