Description

  • Own the A&T growth agenda, including revenue, win rate, retention, expansion, and product reputation.
  • Serve as the senior client-facing A&T authority for strategic engagements, pitches, escalations, and high-stakes decisions.
  • Partner with Revenue and Sales to qualify opportunities, shape scope and pricing, and win and expand client accounts.
  • Define and evolve A&T service scope, tiers, packaging, bundling, premiums, pricing, and commercial guardrails.
  • Set regional operating models, service standards, SLAs, SOPs, control frameworks, and compliance expectations.
  • Use market, competitor, and customer insight to shape the product roadmap, service design, and delivery-model choices.
  • Own cost-to-serve, productivity, margin, and delivery economics; lead corrective action on cost pressures.
  • Lead and develop Outsourcing Control leads and establish governance for regional capacity, sourcing, and hiring decisions.
  • Drive AI and automation adoption within A&T to improve delivery scale and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, statutory reporting, internal controls, and audit requirements across jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance operations, including 5+ years owning a product, service line, or regional/global function end to end.
  • Managing Director–level leadership experience in a senior commercial and product role.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, win rate, retention, and account expansion.
  • Experience owning a service-line P&L, including cost-to-serve, productivity, margins, and pricing.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax legislation, and statutory reporting across multiple regions; APAC and EMEA required, with the Americas preferred.
  • Experience designing service standards, commercial packaging, bundling, premiums, and pricing frameworks.
  • Strong client-facing, business-development, executive communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Experience leading senior product and delivery leaders across multiple regions, including outsourcing or vendor-management teams.
  • Proficiency with Xero and other ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle; comfort using AI-assisted tools and automation.
  • CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification preferred; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience leading a global outsourced accounting or corporate-services service line, Big Four managed services/advisory function, P&L turnaround, transformation, in-housing program, or EoR/PEO environment preferred.
