Description

  • Perform screening and KYC reviews for existing and prospective clients in line with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Manage, coordinate, and respond to KYC requests from banks, vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, review, maintain, and file statutory, regulatory, and corporate documentation accurately and on time.
  • Handle data privacy matters and support compliance with GDPR and other data protection requirements.
  • Research regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements.
  • Support maintenance of the contract lifecycle management system (CLM).
  • Assist senior Legal team members with day-to-day legal and compliance work as needed.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in KYC/AML operations for legal entities.
  • Experience with WorldCheck screening is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) identification.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Commercially minded, practical, and solution-oriented approach to legal and compliance matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with corporate governance, data privacy regulations such as GDPR, or contractual matters is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ironclad or other CLM systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to business and corporate services such as entity management, accounting, payroll, or HR support services is preferred.
