Description

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs aligned to customer-facing team needs.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement programs for product launches, new offerings, packaging changes, and release readiness.
  • Build and maintain role-based enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, demo flows, technical labs, and assessments.
  • Design blended learning experiences that combine self-paced content, live virtual sessions, scenario-based learning, and hands-on practice.
  • Develop and manage accreditations, certifications, and validation programs to demonstrate field readiness.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Monetization, and Enablement Leads to keep content accurate and usable.
  • Publish and organize content in Highspot, Cornerstone, and similar platforms so materials are discoverable and aligned to learning paths.
  • Measure program effectiveness using engagement, completion, assessment, and field feedback data, and improve content governance and quality over time.
  • Support onboarding, product education, revenue plays, and ongoing reinforcement for field and partner audiences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, solutions architecture, or a related B2B enterprise software go-to-market role.
  • Experience creating and delivering enablement for customer-facing audiences such as account executives, solutions architects, customer success managers, or partners.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Security, or DevSecOps concepts and the ability to translate technical topics into value-based messaging.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience building scalable learning programs using adult learning principles and methods such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Experience creating enablement materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, guides, demos, labs, assessments, and reinforcement content.
  • Comfort using enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot, Cornerstone, or similar systems, plus common collaboration and content creation tools.
  • A data-informed mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Experience working in a values-driven environment with autonomy and iteration is preferred.
