Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting towing and roadside assistance.
  • Coordinate prompt and efficient service responses for roadside assistance cases.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and service providers to manage dispatch needs.
  • Handle multiple cases simultaneously while working under pressure.
  • Use computer, VoIP, and web-based tools to support dispatch operations.
  • Apply problem-solving and decision-making to resolve service issues quickly.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field, with knowledge of towing and roadside assistance.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Proficiency with computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Must have a functioning PC or laptop with an updated operating system and headset.
