Description

  • Act as the liaison between technicians and end users to resolve service-related issues fairly and efficiently.
  • Manage case queues, appointments, and backlog resolution to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Deliver customer support via phone, chat, and email, with timely follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Conduct basic investigations into complaints and collections cases to determine appropriate outcomes.
  • Communicate payment decisions clearly to technicians and charge validations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Use Excel, Zoho FSM, and other platforms to track case workflows and support daily operations.
  • Handle challenging interactions with neutrality, professionalism, and consistency.
  • Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Experience providing customer service through phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Comfort working with Excel, Zoho FSM, and multiple workflow management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain neutral in disputes.
  • Ability to manage case queues, scheduling, and backlog resolution efficiently.
  • Experience handling complaints and collections or conducting basic case investigations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week across 5 or 6 days, including Saturdays if on a 5-day schedule.
  • Ability to work aligned with EST.
  • Remote work availability from LATAM only.
