Description

  • Own the full lifecycle operations and execution of wealth management products.
  • Develop and execute online promotion strategies to continuously enhance product visibility, brand awareness, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and other departments to drive product feature optimization, process improvements, and close the product feedback loop.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities and propose forward-looking product optimizations and operational initiatives.
  • Design multi-dimensional, segmented operational strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement across different lifecycle stages.
  • Build and optimize the user growth system to convert new users into high-net-worth and highly-engaged users.
  • Dynamically iterate on marketing campaigns, user journey design, and product content strategies based on analytics and rapid testing.
  • Optimize resource allocation and improve conversion efficiency and commercial value through regular data reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Lead or participate in business cooperation and cross-project resource integration to acquire external resources and support operations.

Requirements

  • Practical experience operating financial or wealth products (e.g., lending, on-chain staking, options) with clear case studies demonstrating results in growth and user retention.
  • Familiarity with mainstream on-chain lending and staking protocols and the ability to integrate on-chain strategies with platform product design and promotion.
  • Experience independently leading or participating in business cooperation, cross-project resource integration, and external resource acquisition.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Python for user behavior analysis and campaign performance tracking.
  • Degree in finance, economics, mathematical statistics, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the structure and logic of both traditional and crypto financial products.
  • Experience designing segmented user lifecycle strategies and growth systems.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
