Description

  • Source potential investments through network building, research, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth due diligence on protocols, teams, markets, and token models.
  • Build financial models, analyze on-chain data, and prepare investment memos.
  • Support deal negotiation, term sheet drafting, and closing processes.
  • Monitor and support existing portfolio companies through performance tracking and founder assistance.
  • Contribute to market research, thesis development, and internal reporting.
  • Assist with pipeline management and weekly updates on investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with Partners on high-impact investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or crypto operations/research.
  • Prior crypto VC or protocol experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in on-chain tools such as Dune and Nansen.
  • Knowledge of token economics and market trend analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate early-stage crypto projects and identify emerging narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing investment recommendations.
  • Crypto-native mindset with active participation in the ecosystem through protocol contributions, public writing, or community involvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CFA or a similar certification is a plus.
  • Remote-friendly location with occasional travel for conferences and meetings.
