Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Decide and refine the go-to-market path between consumer returns-led and warranty/credit-led markets.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with commerce, retail, and supply chain organizations.
  • Convert pilot customers into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Oversee product focus areas such as intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation.
  • Operate as CEO in a co-creation model alongside FutureSight’s cross-functional studio team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or post-sale workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Experience in a venture-building or startup environment is implied by the co-founder role.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder-fit note for application.
