Description

  • Set the venture direction and own execution as Co-Founder & CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer pilots with operators and planners, convert them into paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with product and engineering to ship the first version and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation.
  • Drive the transition toward autonomous inventory-planning workflows and exception handling.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep operational exposure to merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
  • Experience with importers, distributors, Amazon aggregators, or specialty retail brands is relevant.
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
  • Ability to work with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture studio team.
  • Interest in applying AI to inventory-planning and retail operations.
