Description

  • Lead the launch of the new venture and own the company’s overall direction as founding CEO.
  • Win initial customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention, willingness to pay, and product-market fit through early customer engagement.
  • Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to build and launch the V1 product.
  • Raise the seed round and lead fundraising efforts with the studio’s initial investment.
  • Hire and lead the founding team while establishing the company’s culture and operating foundation.
  • Drive daily execution to achieve initial market traction and prepare the business for seed fundraising.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the new entity.

Requirements

  • Full-time and exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
  • Prior experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; fundraising experience is preferred.
  • Strong network in fintech and early-stage communities is preferred.
  • Demonstrated founder-level drive, startup scrappiness, and willingness to own a business end to end.
  • People leadership experience with the ability to attract top talent and build culture.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge-work tooling is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in a high-risk, early-stage venture environment with significant responsibility.
